No. This is much too complex. It is trivially easy to add
entries to a mail routing table to force all mail for certain domains
to be routed to a specific IP address, and to cause this to over-ride
anything found in the DNS. All this stuff is well documented in the
sendmail FAQ at <http://www.sendmail.org/faq/>.
