nslookup for W98?

Well, nslookup in debug mode could be somewhat usable at least. But I
belive it's not possible to build with cygwin without the final EXE
requiring the cygwin DLLs.

BIND 9.2 has been ported to Win32 and is at 9.2.0rc2 right now - maybe
that is a workable route?

But of course, using dig _does_ take an understanding of how the DNS
works. I'd say that is nslookup's biggest advantage - and one of its
biggest disadvantages...
