	Most nameservers automatically use round-trip times to determine 
which remote nameservers are fastest, and will generally prefer to 
use them over slower nameservers.  So, even though you are the 
primary for your zone, your nameservers may not get used very much.

	However, you can't really be a proper primary if your IP address 
is changing.
