critical syslog entry.

Hi,

after searching the list I found:

"sysctl -w kern.timecounter.method=1" will work for most bsd boxes.

However, I'm running Sun Solaris 8 . I will try to apply this and let
everyone knows what happen.
Also, I restart named manually last nigh and I have not had any problems.
So if I apply this, how would I know if it really fix it or how can I test
that it has been fix? 
Any help will be grateful.
