Reverse PTR for mail

While running a check on my named configuration through DNSreport.com, I
received an error message: your mail server has no reverse DNS (PTR) entries
(in the following file):
.....but it appears correct to me, and I do reference mail.policing.net with
PTR? DO I need to add an MX record too?
