8.3.x is 8.2.x + IPv6 transport support in the stub resolver library.

	BIND 9 is a complete re-write.
9.1.x is the first BIND 9 ready for general consumption.
	9.2.x is 9.1 + cache size limits, re-written parser,
new control channel, IPv6 stub resolver from 8.3.

For more details see CHANGES in each to the releases.
Changes in 'x' indicate bug fix releases.

If it's a new system go for 9.2.0rc7.
	If you are at 8.2.x (x < 5), then 8.2.5 or 9.2.0rc7. See migration
notes if going to BIND 9.
	If you are at 9.1.x (x < 3), then 9.1.3 or 9.2.0rc7. Once
9.2.0 is released then just 9.2.0.
If you want to help test out the stub resolver library
	8.3.0-T2A.
