The reverse domain for 217.55.201.0/24 isn't delegated to any ISP, so this
doesn't seem to be right.

If you were making up the address, please repost with the actual address
block.  There's no required naming for RFC 2317 reverse domains, although
there are some common naming conventions.  But the only way to tell what's
correct in your case is to query the ISP's nameserver to see how they've
actually delegated it, and that can only be done if we know the true
address block.
