Can "zone" forwarding be done in Bind 4.x?

I'm not aware of an "address match list" option in BIND 4.9.x. In BIND 8 and
BIND 9, "address match list" refers to a configuration-file *element*, e.g. a way
to express a restriction on who can or cannot do zone transfers, updates, etc.
