Name servers list seconday name server as primary name server.

What do you mean by this?  The @Home nameserver doesn't know or care which
nameserver is primary or secondary.  In what way does it "list the ISP name
server as primary"?  I hope you don't mean the order of the NS records,
because that's not used for anything.
