utf-8 and bind 9

I know bind 9 support utf-8 but don't know how bind 9
support utf-8. 
if I want to type directly my native languages
(vietnam languges) to bind 9 database (I have
vietnamese typer support utf-8in UNIX) . is it
possible?
if anyone have studied utf-8 in bind 9, please help me
how to implement utf-8 to use native domain with bind
9.
