Are you talking about the ntlworld.com domain? If so, then I
don't see any such TTL:

Indeed, having thrown doc, dnswalk, and DNS Expert Professional
1.6 at this domain, this is the first time I recall in a very, very
long time that someone has posted with problems about a domain, but
where the DNS debugging tools I have don't really find anything
(okay, so they complain that they can't do a zone transfer, but
that's understandable).
