What does this error mean

Someone on the machine with IP address 65.29.179.245
(mke-65-29-179-245.wi.rr.com -- a Road Runner cable modem customer in
Wisconsin -- is that you?) tried to transfer the zone named
"24-160-240-204._zonelist" from your nameserver.  You denied this request
because you're not a master or slave server for that zone.

That zone name seems very strange, so I don't know why someone would try to
transfer it in the first place or why you would want to allow them to.
