Where can i find DIG

So complain about that to Mr. Sun. Or check your search path: maybe
it's installed in /usr/sbin or somewhere like that.

dig is part of the BIND distribution. It has been for years. You can
pick up the latest version of BIND from http://mwww.isc.org.
