Getting WINS in sync w/ BIND nameserver

We have a Sun box running BIND 9.1.3 and is the primary nameserver for our
domain; our secondaries are another Sun box, and an NT box running BIND
4.9.5.  Is there a way we can get our NetBIOS nameserver (WINS) box to sync
its database with what our primary has in its zone?  What I've noticed is
that our WINS server does not know of many hosts that our DNS server has in
its zone.  I'd rather not have our primary DNS nameserver be a Windows box!
