Help with in-addr.arpa definitions for a subnet please???

A reverse zone file isn't any different from a forward zone file. Put
an appropriate SOA, NS records followed by PTRs into it. The main
difference is the kind of records you commonly put into them; PTRs
instead of A, CNAME and MX RRs.
However, you need to talk to your ISP first:
