linking .biz domain to com.au domain

You'd just be aliasing that *domain*, i.e. that particular name. You wouldn't be
aliasing a *zone*. That's why I added the caveat "If the OP doesn't care about
subdomains". Remember that technically every name in the DNS is a "domain".
