res_search dll file

Hi,

I ran into a problem when calling res_search on Windows NT using Bind 8.2.5.

res_search does not link when I could compile my code.

After a lot of frustration and hair pulling, I discovered that the
__res_search was not defined in the .def file of the libbind project.

Of course, after I added in an entry in the .def file for __res_search, the
program compiles and works great.

Does anybody know if this is a bug or is there a reason why this was not
included in the .def file?
