No. The ARM is far more detailed. It's the comprehensive guide to
setting up and managing a name server. The ARM tells you how to
configure a name server and what all the configuration file options
and syntax is for. The man pages just explain what the command line
arguments are when the programs are invoked. If the man pages and ARM
had "the same exact content" one of them would be redundant.
