nsupdate with SOA

Just "add" an SOA record. This will automatically get interpreted as a
"replace". Make sure the serial number of the SOA RR you're adding is
higher (according to serial-number arithmetic) than the existing SOA's
serial number.

Note that you can't *really* add an SOA record using Dynamic Update. You
can't delete one either.
