secondary can't do zone transfers

Hi Mark,

My primary answers fine to the ns2 ns3 and ns4 secondaries, but it won't
do zone transfers to the new slave server that I'm trying to set up:
here is what I did:

/usr/sbin/named-xfer -z robbie-kiki.com -f /tmp/roki -s 0 198.22.1.107
OR
/usr/sbin/named-xfer -z robbie-kiki.com -f /tmp/roki -s 0 208.131.160.201

(ns1 has 2 interfaces)
