No. The ISC does not release patches as a general rule, just final
releases (or release candidates) of a complete distribution. [Try
finding a patch on the ISC's web site or ftp server.] If someone has a
specific serious problem, a patch for it might get posted to
bind-workers or bind9-workers if the fix has already been made and
planned for a future release.
