How long is a piece of string? It depends on what piece you look at.
If you don't have a full class C or bigger subnet, you have to get
your ISP to delegate DNS for the IP addresses on your network in some
way, e.g. RFC2317. If you have a /24 or greater, just ask your ISP to
delegate the appropriate in-addr.arpa zones to your nameservers and
set them up accordingly. RTFM.
And if you excuse the question, how does this relate to BIND?
