8.2.3 on AIX 4.3.3

Does anyone have any recommendations on a way to
successfully compile bind 8.2.3 on AIX 4.3.3? 

I have tried gcc 2.95 and C for AIX 3.6.6 with AIX's
make and gnu make 3.79 and no combination will work
for me.  I would be extremely appreciative of any help.
