nslookup always does a reverse lookup on the IP of the server. That failed.
Make your DNS correctly resolve 192.168.1.20 to a hostname.

Obviously, tthere's no entry for 192.168.1.20 in that zone.

BTW, rather use dig:

% dig @127.0.0.1 -x 192.168.1.20

gives you what?
