Delegating on the same DNS server

This is not a "redelegation", it's just a plain delegation, and it works just
fine to delegate to the same server. There are numerous potential legitimate
reasons to do so.

As I pointed out in a separate post, I think the original poster's problem was
the use of "any" queries against non-authoritative servers.
