Done. My /etc/namedb/127.0.0 now looks like this (this is a direct copy
and paste ... nothing added, nothing removed, and the only change, is to
the names of the domains) ...

// 127.0.0
0.0.127.in-addr.arpa.   SOA dnsx.company.internal.com.  dns.company.fr. (
                                        2000051800 ; Serial Number
                                        86400 ; Refresh 1 Day
                                        7200 ;  Retry   2 hours
                                        3600000 ) ; Expire 41.67 days
$TTL172800

0.0.127.in-addr.arpa.   NS      dnsx.company.internal.com.

1.0.0.127.in-addr.arpa. PTR     localhost.

I reboot, and then ...

# dmesg|grep -i named

starting BIND 9.1.2

I'm tearing my hair out here ... _what_ am I missing ??!! :((
