Hi,

I have restricted recursion to my own network and am now receiving a
considerable amount of denied transactions:-

18-May-2001 10:16:21.000 denied recursion for query from
[198.142.208.37].61300 for lc3.law5.hotmail.passport.com
18-May-2001 10:16:26.000 denied recursion for query from
[198.142.208.37].61304 for ads.link4ads.com
18-May-2001 10:16:27.000 denied recursion for query from
[198.142.208.37].61305 for ads.link4ads.com
18-May-2001 10:16:31.000 denied recursion for query from
[198.142.216.26].61306 for us.update.companion.yahoo.com

Why is 198.xxx.xxx.xxx continually making these requests? Is this as a
result of their mis-configuration or perhaps one of their users
mis-configuration?

Is there anything I can do about it?

Thanks,

Glen.
