Problem with running secondary name server

[Oyundalai.N.S]

Hi everybody.

    Our organization have one primary name server. And
I installed another one as a secondary server. But
when i started the named, only one zone file
transferred. 
    Bind version is 9.1.1rc1. OS is Solaris 7.
Platform is Sun sparc station 5
    Primary name server software is bind8.1.1
What I should to do?
