Log Files Not Rotating???

I am using BIND v9.1.1 and have the following set in my named.conf

        channel "lev3" {
                file "/var/named/lev3" size 50m;
                severity debug 3;
                print-category yes;
                print-severity yes;
                print-time yes;
        };

However, when the file reaches a size of 50m, named just stops
logging to it. It doesn't rotate. Anyone know what is causing this or
if I am not doing something I should be?
