	The answer is that it depends.  Is this server also fetching
	answers from the internet as a whole, perhaps by a forwarder?
	If so then yes you will experience problems with reverse
	lookups.

	In general if you are using private address space at the
	very least you should set up the appropriate reverse zones.
	They don't need to be populated but they do need to be there
	to intercept reverse queries.

	Note this is above the DNS protocol level, i.e. the server
	doesn't know or care what addresses are private and what are
	not.
