You need to add $TTL 86400, at the beginning of the file (replacing
86400 with whatever time out you require).

i.e.:

$TTL 86400
@ IN  SOA umail.unify.com. root.umail.unify.com. ( 178 28800 7200 604800
3600 )

In version 8.2.3 it will still function without it, but probably not in
version 9.

Adding that line will get rid of the error messages.
