You have a syntax error in your /etc/named.conf.zones on line 698 near
the ";" character.

Before you start named, you can check your config file with
named-checkconf /etc/named.conf.zones

This gives you the same error, but its just a sanity check on the
named.conf.zones file.

If you give us a few lines around line 698, we might be able to tell you
what the error is.
