Bind8.2.3 stopping on NT4/Win2000

Hi,

We and a few others on this list have been having problems with
Bind8.2.3 on NT4/Win2000 just stopping for no apparent reason.

In following the mentions on this list over the last month or so, this
seems to be happening for most, if not all of us, with no errors in the
logs.

We are running Named 8.2.3-T9B-NT3 Sat Jan6 19:44:54 2001 downloaded
from http://bind8nt.meiway.com/

I believe the above version is a port by Danny Mayer.

There have been a few comments on this list indicating that we may be
running an older flakier version than we should.

Can anybody confirm/deny this?

If it is an out of date version, does anybody know which version we
should be running and where we may be able to download an installer with
the correct version?
