resolve-problems after transfering the domain to other ns servers

The domain 'stadlbauer.at' was registered at 'ns1.salzburg-online.at'. Like
three weeks ago we updated the domain at ripe to our nameservers
ns1.i-sp.com (194.163.14.1) and ns2.i-sp.com (194.163.14.2). Usually we
register new domains to ns1.i-sp.isa.at (194.163.14.1) and ns2.i-sp.isa.at
(194.163.14.2), but both hostnames resolv to the correct ip, therefor we
don't think that this's our problem.

The owner of 'stadlbauer.at' is sometimes not able to send mails to hosts
all around the world and is not able to send to specific servers at all
(list's included). The remote server responds that the domain
'stadlbauer.at' couldn't be resolved and therefor the mail wasn't acceptet.
We checked our nameservers and tried various nslookups on diffrent servers,
but everything seams to be okay.

Did anyone have similar problems when changing the NS records of a domain?

We're using bind9.1.0.
