	Not entirely true.  It is perfectly valid to have DNS queries 
(other than zone transfers) occur on TCP port 53, and as the DNS 
continues to mature, and DNS queries get larger and responses to DNS 
queries get larger (what with TSIG and IPv6), you'll see more and 
more queries using TCP.
