In the master you need set the "maintain-ixfr-base" option for the
zone. You than need to use
dynamic updates to make changes to your zone.
zone "example.com" IN {
type master;
allow-update { localhost; <list of IP addresses>; };
file "example.com.db";
maintain-ixfr-base yes;
}
