Reverse MX question for different class c

Hello Everyone,

First, I'm pretty new to bind so this may be very simple.  Second,
I've been reading "DNS and BIND" (O'Reilly - I'm not completely
finished with it tho) and searched the archives to resolve this
without luck.  Either I'm not searching correctly or I don't
understand the info (which is quite possible).

RedHat 7
Bind 8.2.3
Problem: Reverse lookup for MX Record

The primary MX is in another C block that we don't control.  Is
there something I can do to provide a "valid" reverse lookup when
using nslookup 216.166.207.34?  I suspect the answer is to have the
DNS Admin for that class c make the appropriate reverse entry.
