this is doable, and done, but, you understand, it violates the spirit 
of requiring 2, redundant NS's for domain.

to see if named answers.

if you have you own domain and NS and want to manage your own zone 
files and DNS, don't put your NS in your isp's zone of b.net, but in 
dandomain.com
