DNS Reverse Error

I have try to create Reverse DNS zone 1.171.202.in-addr.arpa at APNIC
but there's an error like this

*ERROR*: NS RR for borobudur.ntt.net.id found on 202.171.1.2 but not in
supplied template.
*ERROR*: NS RR for prambanan.ntt.net.id found on 202.171.1.2 but not in
supplied template.
*ERROR*: 202.171.1.2 does not list 202.171.1.18 as a NS RR.
*ERROR*: NS RR for borobudur.ntt.net.id found on 202.171.1.18 but not in
supplied template.
*ERROR*: NS RR for prambanan.ntt.net.id  found on 202.171.1.18 but not in
supplied template.
*ERROR*: 202.171.1.18 does not list 202.171.1.2 as a NS RR.
*ERROR*: cross-check of listed NS RR failed.

Please Help Me
