These are harmless, but if you wish to avoid them, comment out the
category{} entries in your /etc/named.conf

You're missing a file statement in your zone{} clause in named.conf,
so BIND doesn't know where to look for your zone data - and so is
ignoring the zone.

<insert standard rant about TTLs> Simply add a $TTL statement at the
top of your zone file and you should be OK.

Is there a firewall between you and 213.227.100.13 blocking port
53/tcp? That was my problem when BIND was behaving like this.

You have some obstacles that still needs fixing, and have to remember
that BIND 9.x is quieter than 8.x.
