Possibly they are the people who helped set it up in the
first place.

Unusual for them to have accounts, but maybe the previous
admin agreed to it.

If you can't contact the previous admin, try speaking to
"reap", "real" hackers (crackers?!) don't usually leave
accurate data in the "whois" database.
