Root Servers?

No, it means that only 4 of their IP addresses are still in your local
server's cache.  I'm not sure why the other ones would have timed out
sooner than these 4, but that's what it means.

If you want a complete answer, it's usually better to ask one of the root
servers, rather than your local server, as the other poster suggested.
