dig @windows-server zonename.com axfr > zonefile

Then add the appropriate zone{} entry to your named.conf.

The zone file might not look very nice but you will have a start. Just
remember to cut the extra SOA at the bottom.

Or set up the zone as a slave, let BIND pull it from the Windows
server, and change it into a master.
