AHi, I will set up 2 new name servers but do I need to request my ISP to

no, you can run the forward zone just fine without the reverse zone, but 
your objective should be to run the reverse zone also

An ip can only be used once for a registered host.  Apparently, the ip you 
want to use is already mapped to a registered host.
