2.4 kernel and bind 8.2.3 - REL.

For the time.....
But it getting harder for me to get approval to upgrade our bind, because 
of the problems and phone calls it causes..

I don't think we will support the new I.P. Ver. 6 128-BIT for quite some 
time....
