Domain not propagating

Fix your delegations. You have a couple of register.com servers in your
delegations, and they're serving up different, presumably incorrect, data for
the zone.

Also, it's illegal for the target of an NS record to be an alias, i.e.
dns.lookwww.com. You need to fix that also.
