Sample db.roots file

Doing it right in my MUA, I'd go for something like this:

	; Zone file for internal root zone
	. IN SOA xxx xxx ...
	usa IN NS ns1.usa.
	usa IN NS ns2.usa.
	ns1.usa. IN A 123.45.67.89   ; Glue
	ns2.usa. IN A 123.45.68.79   ; Glue
	europe. IN NS ns1.europe.
	europe. IN NS ns2.europe.
	ns1.europe. IN A 213.123.45.67  ; Glue
	ns2.europe. IN A 213.132.45.67  ; Glue

It's really not much worse than a third level zone (like isc.org).
Just make sure it doesn't propagate.
