Thank you very much for your kind reply.
Perhaps, I could not clearly ask my question.

My domain is resolved as:
mydomain.com. IN NS ns1.someISP.com.
mydomain.com. IN A   ---ip address--

NOw I want to add some subdomains and Delegate them to 
NS4.AnOtherISP.com

Here I wish if i can do some trick that all subdomains that I will add 
now & in future, all are covered in this command.
