why bind 9.1.2 spawn 4 named childs ?

BIND9 is threaded unless it's compiled with threading disabled. Some
stupid operating systems list each thread as a seperate entry in the
output from ps, even though the those threads are part of the one
process. All you're seeing is confusing output from ps that shows
each execution thread that the BIND9 server has.
