bind version

I don´t know which bind version install in ny Suse 7.1. I see in 
www.isc.org page that ther are two version, and said:

BIND 9.1.2 is a maintenance release, containing fixes for a number of bugs 
in BIND 9.1.1 but no new features.

BIND Version 9.1.3rc1 (Released May 23, 2001)
BIND 9.1.3rc1 is a release candidate for BIND 9.1.3. It contains fixes for 
a number of bugs in 9.1.2 but no new features.

Wich are the difference???
